Brooks Barton, co-founder and managing partner of Strategic
Advancement Group, specializes in business and professional
development through clearly focused communication strategies.  He is
the former Executive Operations Director for a national geriatric care
facility in South Carolina.  He is a licensed Long Term Care
Administrator for South Carolina and has spoken to several
organizations throughout the state regarding the myriad issues involving
geriatric care and placement.  Previously, he worked as a sales and
marketing trainer for a national health care company.  In this capacity, he
taught sales professionals communication and organizational methods
to increase productivity.  He earned a B.S. in Psychology from the
University of South Carolina and a graduate degree in Human Behavior
and Conflict Management.  Brooks is also certified in both Civil and
Family Mediation from the South Carolina Council for Conflict Resolution.
 He combines his unique perspective in the fields of organizational
development, geriatric care, civil and family expertise, and business
knowledge with his facilitation and training skills.       


Donna Roberson, co-founder of Strategic Advancement Group, has an
extensive background in training and communication. Her professional
background includes corporate training and facilitation, course
development, communications, and loyalty advocacy. She has worked
with a number of organizations such as Prentice Hall, BellSouth, Lucent
Technologies, Equifax, and Holiday Inn Corporate. She
has a B.A. in
English and a
Masters degree in Human Behavior and Conflict
Management. She is certified in Civil Mediation from the South Carolina
Council for Conflict Resolution and is also a certified Training Generalist
through Langevin Learning Services. Her goal at
SAG is to feed her
passion for the conflict management field, to assist others in finding
peaceful and collaborative solutions, and to share her knowledge about
effective communication techniques and conflict resolution.

Debbie Edens is the former Vice President of Customer Loyalty for an
international software company.  She is a strategic thinker with a strong
focus on proactive, targeted communication, planning and customer
engagement to help minimize organizational risk and avoidable
problems.   She brings with her over 15 years of experience in the areas
of customer loyalty, leadership development, client support and
advocacy, corporate communications, quality assurance, and
marketing.  Debbie is a graduate of Clemson University where she
earned a B.S. in Management.  She has been featured in South
Carolina Business Magazine as an entrepreneur.  Her primary objective
is to offer her expertise in efficiencies and best practices to companies
interested in maximizing their future viability.  Debbie resides in
Columbia, SC.
