Praxis Conflict Management Services, a division
of Strategic Advancement Group, has one main
purpose: We help people get along better by
offering our services as trained facilitators and
mediators skilled at dispute resolution and
effective communication techniques. We can
help you or your company resolve unproductive
conflict without the need for costly and
time-consuming litigation.
At PCMS, we believe strongly in empowering our
clients to reach their own solutions by facilitating
positive dialogue directly between disputants in a
safe environment. We are facilitators, trainers,
and consultants, but most of all we are
communication advocates. We teach our clients
how to more effectively communicate in their
personal and professional relationships. We
believe that teaching people effective
communication strategies can help prevent some
potential disputes from emerging within
relationships by creating a sense of
self-awareness regarding the nature of conflict.
Our primary goal is to provide conflict
management awareness training as well as
facilitation services to individuals and businesses
that will allow for more productive and gratifying
relationships. We offer our services based on
the individual needs of our clients.
